Sitting Service
We can provide a Carer to come into the home to offer companionship or support to give the main Family Carer a well earned break.
Breaks can be from a 30 minute sit whilst a short errand is run to a full day.
NewCare Devon is accredited by the Take a Break Scheme operated by the Westbank League of Friends and is one of the main providers of Sitting Services across South and East Devon

Night Sitting and Waking Night Service
We can provide a Carer to offer support throughout the night, for example on discharge from hospital, during a period of illness or recuperation or to allow a family Carer a period of respite.
We can provide a Carer to Sleep In at the family home to be there ‘just in case’.
We can provide a Carer to be Awake during the night to offer care and support.
We can provide a full 24 hour Support service if required.
Key Holding
We can arrange to hold house keys for use in an emergency situation or to offer peace of mind in case of loss.
